| 摘 要： | 以科学学理论、组织理论与战略管理理论为指导,从逻辑层面演绎了大学学科团队冲突的形成机理及其管理对策。研究发现:成员知识要素、成员个性要素、团队资源要素、团队组织要素是大学学科团队冲突的结构要素,各要素之间的耦合关系决定着大学学科的团队冲突类型,进而揭示了两种大学学科团队冲突即建设性冲突和破坏性冲突的形成机理。在此基础上,提出了科学理性构造策略、科学事实构造策略、团队协作构造策略等三种加强和改进科学家团队冲突的管理对策。

| Abstract: | With the use of scientiology theory,organization theory,and strategic management theory,the formation mechanism and management strategies of university disciplinary team conflict is discussed at a logic level.The result shows that members' knowledge and individual characteristics,team's resources and organization are the main elements leading to team conflict,and couplings among them determine the type of conflict.Furthermore,the formation mechanism of constructive and destructive conflicts is explained.Bas... |
