| 摘 要： | 针对我国高校教师学术道德失范的现状,采用问卷调查法对18所高校853名教师进行了调查。结果表明:我国高校教师在教育教学、科学研究和社会服务领域均不同程度存在失范行为,分别体现在教学责任的履行、师生关系及学生评价;科研研究过程、成果发表、学术评价以及教师对社会兼职及其与本职工作利益冲突的态度等方面的失范。鉴于高校教师学术道德失范的普遍性和严重程度,应制定适合中国国情的通用标准,以规范高校教师的教育教学、科学研究和社会服务等。
