| 摘 要： | 人们呼唤人性融于教育,教育充满人性。可是,由于外在因素(社会物欲的膨胀引发了成人教育的功利性)和内在因素(知识的价值效用被割裂)引发了成人教育的狭隘性,使成人教育失去了教化人生的本义,成人教育正在疏离人性化,走向异化的边缘。重新审视成人教育与人性化的问题,我们清楚地看到追求人性化其实是成人教育的本质要求、成人教育发展的根本和成人教育的时代内容。为此,我们提出:人之为人是成人教育人性化的内涵,动态地生成是成人教育人性化的特色,关注着个体是成人教育人性化的主体价值等理念,以期成人教育最终走向与人性互荣共生的境界。
