| 摘 要： | 电子信息资源数据库系统是指把有价值的电子出版物信息资源和非电子出版物的电子信息资源 ,进行有效搜集 ,采用数据处理技术和数据库接口技术 ,以完全基于Internet应用的高质量数据库 ,供用户检索和利用。数据库建设过程中 ,必须把握好资源选择和数据格式标准化两个重要环节。参考文献 5。 |
