新时期教师职业情感内涵及其现实的思考

摘    要:明确教师情感内涵并进行积极的强化,对于积极利用情感的力量,丰富教师人生,对于教师执着坚定乐观地做一名教育工作者具有重大的现实意义。本文简要论述了教师职业情感的概念及其意义,就教师应具有的职业使命感、职业动力、职业的上进心等十个方面的职业情感内涵及其新特征进行了详细的诠释,并对教师职业情感培养过程中出现的矛盾问题给予分析论证。

Abstract:It is very important for teachers to know teacher's emotional connotations and strengthen it actively,to use the emotional power to enrich teachers'life and to go in for being teachers firmly and optimistically.The essay expounds on the concept of teacher's emotional connotations and its significance.It explains professional connotations and its new features from ten aspects.And it also analyses the contradictory problems in the process of training teachers professional emotions.
