促进生命发展的高校人本化德育探析

摘    要:人本化德育,就是要突出人,突出主体的发展。它强调现代德育的本质不再是管理、控制和约束,而是人性的唤醒和个性的尊重,其根本目的就是为了生命的健康生长、生存、享受和发展。当前高校德育在目标、内容和方法上脱离实际、缺失个性化、忽视生命体验与感悟。促进生命发展的高校人本化德育从"人"出发,尊重生命主体;以生活为根基,遵从生命特性;以人为本,关注生命情感;通过贯彻人性化、生活化的德育途径,倡导生命个体的全面和多样化发展,最终促成个体道德自由、自主和自觉地成长。

Analysis of People - oriented Moral Education Aimed at Promoting the Personal Development

Abstract:People - oriented moral education is to highlight people and their development, which emphasizes that the essence of moral education in contemporary school is no longer the management, control and restraint, but the awakening of human nature and respect fnr personality and the fundamental purpose is for the healthy growth of life, survival, enjoyment and development. The current moral education in colleges separates from reality, lacks personalization, and ignores the life experience and feeling from the view of goals, contents and methods. People - oriented moral education in college which promotes the development of life is based on "man" and respects life, follows the life characteristics as the foundation of life, focuses life emotion oriented for people, and promotes the overall development of students' lives by implementing moral way of human and life, eventually to achieve the goal of moral freedom, the automatic and conscious development of individuality.
