| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对高校户外运动开展的现状及可行性进行分析。研究表明:大部分的学生支持开设户外运动课程,但有一些制约的因素,如师资力量较为薄弱,教学场地设施开发利用欠佳,户外运动的风险等。针对这些制约因素学校可以通过联合社会资源,优化户外运动师资结构;加强体育设施综合利用,优化体育基础设施建设;加强户外运动风险的控制等方法解决。所以高校开展户外运动是可行的。

| Abstract: | This article through the literature material,questionnaire survey and other research methods,analyses the status and feasibility of conducting outdoor sports in university. The studies have shown that most of the students supported the creation of outdoor sports programs,but there are some constraints of factors,such as weak teachers,development and utilization of poor teaching venues and facilities,outdoor sports risks. For these constraints can be combined schools of social resources,optimize the structure of outdoor sports teacher;strengthen sports facilities utilization,optimizing physical infrastructure; strengthen risk control and other outdoor sports solutions. So conducting outdoor sports in colleges is feasible. |
