| 摘 要： | 文化产业与旅游业具有高度的耦合性,这使得二者的联动成为必要。从湖南省两大产业的发展实际着眼,二者的联动可以适用的模式主要有产业融合型、旅游产业价值链延伸型、文化产业价值链延伸型、文化产业场区景点化模式以及营销环节的联动型等五种。为了确保两大产业实现联动发展,政府主管部门应该做好相关顶层设计,统筹规划,做好服务,创造有利于创意人才培养和社会资本进入的政策环境与市场环境。

On the General Patterns of Linkage Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Hunan |

| Abstract: | The linkage development of tourism industry and cultural industry is the inevitable trend and requirements due to the coupling of the two. According to the situation of the two industries＇ development, there are five general patterns of the linkage development： the industrial fusion; the mode of extending the tourism industry chain; the mode of extending cuhural industry＇s value chain; the mode of being a tourist spot to a culture industry area and the mode of linkage development in the marketing chain. In order to accomplish the linkage development, government should make the toplevel design and offer good service to create a policy environment and market environment of the cuhivation of creative talents and bring capital into these two industries. |
