摘    要:根据国家加快发展现代职业教育,引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型的精神,本文对目前地方本科院校课程教学考核与评价存在的主要问题进行了分析,就如何构建应用型人才培养的课程考核与评价制度的策略问题进行了探索与思考。地方本科院校应以应用型人才培养为目标,注重学生学习过程与技能考核,注重发挥教师在考核与评价中的主导作用,考核内容要突出应用技能,考核标准要突出多元化,通过建立激励机制,构建灵活、高效的考核评价管理制度。

Abstract:Based on the study of the requirements of our country to speed up the development of modern occupation education make a number of local undergraduate colleges and universities turn to the application technology. The author of this paper explores the main problems of current curriculum teaching examination and evaluation, and the strategies of how to construct the curriculum examine evaluation system which aims at the application technology - oriented talents training. Local universities should take the application technology talents training as the goal, pay attention to students' learning process and skills assessment, and attach importance to the teachers' leading role in the assessment and evaluation. Assessment content should highlight application skills and the diversity by establishing incentive mechanism and constructing the flexible, efficient management system of examination evaluation.
