| 摘 要： | 以2014年南昌市国民体质监测数据为依据,分析和探讨了南昌市幼儿身体素质的现状和特点,并和2010年南昌市相关监测数据进行了比较。结果发现：对南昌市3~6岁幼儿来说,男幼儿的力量素质、速度灵敏素质、协调素质要好于女幼儿,女幼儿的柔韧素质要好于男幼儿;幼儿的各项身体素质敏感变化期都出现在3~5岁年龄段,力量、协调素质变化幅度要明显高于其他身体素质;女幼儿的下肢力量、协调能力和男幼儿的速度灵敏素质、协调能力都是城镇优于乡村,女幼儿的柔韧素质和男幼儿的上肢力量、柔韧素质则是乡村优于城镇;和2010年南昌市相关监测数据相比,总体上2014年南昌市3一6岁幼儿素质能力有提高的趋势。

| Abstract: | According to the national physique monitoring data made in Nanchang city in 2014,the actuality and characteristics of physical fitness for infants in Nanchang are analyzed and the comparison with relative monitoring data made in Nanchang in 2010. For 3 一 6 years old infants in Nanchang,it is resulted that the strength quality、sensitive quality、equilibrated ability of male are better than those of female,female’s pliability and toughness quality is better than male’s; it is from 3 to 5 in which the physical fitness of infant develops relatively rapidly,the varying magnitude of strength and balance level are obviously farther than other quality;the female’s lower limb strength ability、equilibrate ability and male’s sensitive quality、equilibrate ability in urban areas are better than those in rural areas,female’s pliability and toughness quality and male’s upper limb strength ability、pliability and toughness quality in rural areas are better than those in urban areas;Compared with relative monitoring data made in Nanchang in 2010,as a whole for Nanchang’s infants in 2014,there is a increasing trend in infants’ physical fitness level. |
