摘    要:通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对香樟、油樟、大叶樟、天竺桂四种樟属植物过氧化物同工酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)进行分析.电泳检测结果显示,香樟、油樟、大叶樟、天竺桂的POD同工酶各有4、4、3、6条条带,EST同工酶各有4、3、3、3条条带,四种植物的POD、EST同工酶酶谱之间存在共性和差异性.共性条带(POD的P4和EST的P1)体现了同为樟属植物的特征,差异性条带体现了物种特异性和种间的亲缘关系.大叶樟与天竺桂酶谱差异较大,亲缘关系较远,香樟与油樟酶谱差异较小,亲缘关系较近.这与形态方面的分类相一致.

Peroxidase Isozyme and Esterase Isozyme Analysis on Four Lauraceae Plants

Abstract:The relative relationships of different varieties were defined by the comparison and analysis of isozyme zymo-grams. The reference for the aspects of classification, varieties appraisal and genetic breeding of Lauraceae plants were of-fered. With the method of polyacrylamide gel electronphoresis, peroxidase isozyme and esterase isozyme of four plant ingenus of Lauraceae were observed and analyzed. The POD and EST electrophoresis test of four kinds of Lauraceae plantsshow that POD isozyme of Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl, Cinnamomum longepaniculatum(Gamble) N. Chao ex H.W. Li, Cinnamomum septentrionale Hand.-Mazz., and Cinnamomum septentrionale Hand.-Mazz. each contain 4, 4, 3, 6bands, and EST isozyme research shows that there are 4, 3, 3, 3 bands respectively. POD and EST isozyme zymogram dif-ferences of these four plants indicate that the types of POD and EST isozyme bear specificity. The enzyme of POD iso-zyme and EST isozyme of the four plants differs in depth, etc., indicating that despite some common bands in POD andEST isozyme zymogram, the number and enzyme activity intensity have differences; The difference in enzyme zymogrambetween Cinnamomum septentrionale Hand.-Mazz. and Cinnamomum septentrionale Hand.-Mazz, is significant and havea distant relationship. The difference in enzyme zymogramb between Cinnamomum longepaniculatum(Gamble) N. Chaoex H. W. Li and Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl is small, and have closer relationship. This is consistent with the tradi-tional morphological classification.
