| 摘 要： | 职业院校技能大赛开展既是对职业院校办学成效的检验,也是对学生技术技能水平与岗位能力的考量。盘锦职业技术学院石油化工技术专业近年参加多项石油化工类各项职业技能大赛表明,技能大赛对人才培养方案、教师专业能力、师生团队合作、师生"工匠精神"、"校企合作,产教融合"、教学评价,以及实训室建设都具有促进作用。

| Abstract: | The development of skills competition in vocational colleges is not only a test of the effectiveness of running schools in vocational colleges,but also a consideration of students'technical skills and post abilities.Petrochemical technology specialty in Panjin Vocational Technical College has participated in a number of vocational skills competition of petrochemical industry in recent years.The results show that skills competition plays an active role in promoting talent training scheme,professional ability of teachers,team cooperation of teachers and students,craftsmanship spirit of teachers and students,school-enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education,teaching evaluation,as well as the construction of practice training rooms. |
