基于文化心理特征的中亚留学生课堂教学管理策略

摘    要:不同的区域人群具有不同的文化心理特征,了解和掌握中亚留学生的文化心理特征对于课堂教学管理具有重要意义。通过分析中亚留学生的文化心理特征,比较中亚留学生的课堂表现,提出了加强课堂教学的权威意识与规则约束、优化策略组织课堂教学和重视二课堂活动加强跨文化沟通与交流等管理策略。

Abstract:Different people in different areas have diverse cultural psychology features.It is of great significance to understand and master cultural psychology features of overseas students in Central Asia for classroom teaching management.Through the analysis on cultural psychology features and comparison the classroom performance of overseas students in Central Asia,this paper discusses the strategies of strengthening the authority consciousness and rules constraint of classroom teaching,optimizing strategies to organize classroom teaching and attaching importance to cultural communication in second class activities.
