摘    要:2020年疫情背景下教育部停课不停学的方案以多元化在线教学的形式实施。大规模在线教学同时启动对我国在线教学质量保障提出新的挑战,如何保障效果并持续提高在线教学质量成为社会关注的焦点问题。基于在线教学实施效果及质量保障策略的分析,参照《欧洲在线教学质量评价标准框架》,为保障在线教学效果提出以下建议:国家建立在线教学质量标准框架;高校内部完善在线教学质量保障体系;师生培育反思改进追求卓越的质量文化。

Abstract:China Ministry of Education had implemented the plan of non-suspension of classes in the form of diversified online teaching in spring of 2020 in the epidemic situation of coronavirus.The implementation of mass online teaching at the same time had brought great challenges to the quality assurance of online teaching in China.How to guarantee the effect and continuously improve the quality of online teaching had become a hot topic of public attention.Based on the analysis of the effect and quality assurance strategies of online teaching and the latest European Online Teaching Quality Evaluation Standard Framework,the following suggestions are putting forward to ensure the effect of online teaching:First,establish a national online teaching quality standard framework;Second,higher institutions should refine the internal teaching quality assurance system of online teaching;the last but not the least,the quality culture of self-reflection,improvement and pursuit of excellence should be cultivated by teachers and students.
