| 摘 要： | 将奈达的动态对等理论和弗米尔的目的论,采用系统分析法,从原文、译者、读者在这两种理论中的地位等方面进行异同比较分析,可见,两种理论各有优缺点,它们之间的异大于同,而且,目的论在某种程度上是对奈达功能对等论的突破与发展。

| Abstract: | The present paper makes a comparative study of Nida's functional equivalence theory and Vermeer's Skopostheorie.By means of systematic analysis,a comparative analysis from the aspects of source text,translator,target reader shows that the two theories have their own respective merits and demerits,however,the common they share is greater than their difference and,to a certain extent,Skopostheorie is the breakthrough and development of Nida's functional equivalence theory. |
