| 摘 要： | 中国现在处在的是一个历史性的制度变迁与建立过程，社会信用制度的建立是其中一个重要制度，而现代企业信用制度又是其中可行的一个方面。研究中国现代企业信用制度的构建问题有十分重要的现实意义。为此，我们探讨了建立这一制度的必要性，并对这一制度的具体设计问题进行了浅要的构想。
