| 摘 要： | 国有控股公司治理结构的完善,对于国有企业改革以及国有资产经营都有重要意义,应确立“善治”的治理理念,树立以企业核心竞争力最大化为标志的治理目标,使国有控公司治理结构的设置更加科学合理,同时,应明确其各层次结构在经营中的责、权、利关系,完善相关的法律制度。

| Abstract: | The improvement of the corporate governance of state-h olding corporations is vital to the reform of state-owned enterprises and the ma nagement of state assets. So, it is essential that the idea of "good governance" should be formed, the goal of maximizing the core competence of an enterprise s et up, and the structure of corporate governance of state-holding corporations m ade optional. Besides, the duty and right of different levels of a business in o peration should be defined and the related legal system improved. |
