| 摘 要： | 中华民族传统体育是对大学生进行中华民族传统文化教育的重要途径之一,其形式多样,内容丰富,具有很强的文化内涵和时代价值,在高校体育课程中开设民族传统体育项目具有巨大的优势和潜力。文章运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法,以当前学校体育课程改革为出发点,对如何有效地开发、利用民族传统体育项目资源,把它引入高校体育中以丰富高校体育课程教学内容进行了初步的探索。

| Abstract: | Chinese Traditional Sports education is a useful way to teach undergraduates for our traditional culture.Today,it has nearly one thousand Traditional Sports items in Han nationality and minority of our country,but fewer Chinese Traditional Sports item has been teaching in Chinese schools.Along with the teaching reform of the P.E.course in Chinese schools,Chinese Traditional Sports resource must be exploit and utilize to adapt the requirement of undergraduates and society.Using the methods of literature,investigation,logic analysis,the paper has diagnosed the actuality of Chinese Traditional Sports education at colleges and universities in China,and has a pilot Study on the traditional sports item resource exploitation and utilization in order to find the better ways and means to promote the reform and innovation of Chinese Traditional Sports education in the colleges and universities in our country. |
