| 摘 要： | 为了解游泳运动员赛前训练中身体机能的变化规律，测定了在备战2002年亚运会赛前集训的国家游泳队12名男子运动员、14名女子运动员赛前训练期间某些生化指标的变化。结果显示：赛前国家游泳队运动员的各部分机能指标随运动强度呈现不同的阶段变化，赛前1周基本调整至较好状态，提示备战2002年亚运会赛前集训的训练安排基本达到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the changing rule of body function of swimmers pre-competition training,the author measures some biochemistry indexes of 12 male and 14 female swimmers in national team.The result shows that some function indexes varying of national swimmers tend to different phase changing with the training intensity pre-competition training.The conditioning of swimmers can be adjusted well one week before competition.It suggests that training camp preparing for 2002 Asian Games achieves best result. |
