| 摘 要： | 合作经济组织是我国农业经营中的一种重要组织形式,合作经济组织的规模化发展对合作经济组织的经营效率和效益有着重要的作用.该文概述了合作经济组织规模化的国内外研究现状及其成果,分析了我国农村合作经济组织规模化的规模经济效应和交易费用.
