| 摘 要： | 根据体育教学特点,从培养体育师范生教学技能着手,运用微格教学原理,建立了体育师范生教学技能程序化。运用自我评价和综合评价方法,对实验班和对照班学生进行教学技能实验与评价。结果表明,微格教学方法是培养师范生教学技能行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Higher education aims at providing qualified graduates to meet different needs of society.The author highlights the importance of teaching-skill-training on PE majors and reports the procedures and findings of her programmed experimental research,on training of students' teaching skill with microteaching,revealing that it is effective,necessary and practical. |
