| 摘 要： | "党的干部是人民的公仆"是党章的规定和党的宗旨的要求。要使"党的干部是人民的公仆"成为现实,必须设定一些条件,这些条件使"党的干部"不想腐败"、"不必腐败"、"不能腐败"不敢腐败",从而使"党的干部"始终坚持执政为民,保持人民公仆的本色。

| Abstract: | The cadre of the Party is the people's public servant"is the regulation of the Party constitution and request of the Party aim. Some conditions must be established to make "the cadre of the Party is the People's Pubic servant " become reality. these conditions make"cadre of the Party", "would not corrupt", "need not corrupt", "Can not corrupt", "dare not corrupt",thus make "cadre of the Party" adhere to assuming power for the people all the time ,and keep true quality of the people's public public servant. |
