| 摘 要： | 政策性关闭破产在解决历史遗留问题时，首先面对的是国有企业长期形成的债务和大量职工需要安置这两个问题的妥善解决，从而使政策性破产具有人性关怀的意义。国有企业产业结构的优化，市场经济地位的最后确立，政策性关闭破产在中国经济制度的推进过程中功不可没。

| Abstract: | That the policy closing is closed bankrupt while solving the question left over from history, is in the face of the debt that the state-owned enterprise formed for a long time at first, and a large number of workers need to find a room. The appropriate settlement of these two problems, makes the bankrupt policy have the meaning with human nature care. The optimization of the industrial structure of state-owned enterprise, establish at the end of the market economic status, the policy closes and performs meritorious deeds never to be obliterated in the course of promotion of Chinese economic system bankrupt. |
