| 摘 要： | 为了解我省某优势项目女子运动员的身体形态特征及与国内高水平运动员间存在的差距，提高训练质量，对我省该项目女子运动员进行了身体形态测试，并与第五届全国城市运动会该项目的相关指标进行了对比分析。结果显示，我省运动员的身高、体重指标优于国内优秀选手，但其他身体形态指标有待提高。建议提高肌肉力量和耐力训练的比例，发展专项力量素质，通过增加训练负荷将身体成分调整到合理水平。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the physical characteristics of female athletes of an advantage item of our province and the difference between them and high-level athletes,we studied the physical characteristics and compared them with the female athletes taking part in the Chinese Fifth National Intercity Games,we found that athletes of Hebei province are higher than others in height and weight;however,other physical characteristics needed to be better developed.Proposal to increase muscle strength and endurance training in the proportion of the quality of the development of special forces,through increased training load,body composition will be adjusted to a reasonable level. |
