摘    要:"内隐学习"是认知心理学领域的最新研究成果,指个体在不知不觉中无意识地获得知识经验。以内隐学习的研究成果为视角,分析高职德育学习的特质,进一步探究内隐学习在高职德育各要素"知、情、意、行"中的运行机制,并从高职德育对象、德育目标、德育内容、德育途径四个方面进行阐述,充分发挥德育的"内隐效果",提高高职德育的实效性。

Probe into Vocational Morality Education Based on Implicit Learning Theory

Abstract:"Implicit learning" is a new finding in psychological research,which means that people can acquire knowledge unconsciously.Based on the analysis of learning on vocational morality education,this paper explored operating mechanism among the four factors of "cognition,feeling,voltion and behavior".Analyzing from the angles of particularities of objects,goal,content and methods,it puts forward some strategies to give full play of the "implicit learning fuction" and improve the level of moral education effectively.
