| 摘 要： | 从知识推送的角度出发,理解高校人事档案知识服务的内涵是十分必要的。为了实现高校人事档案数字化、网络化、个性化、专家化的发展要求,需要加大硬件设施投入、加强人才队伍建设、加快网络化进程、构建知识服务型平台、探寻运行模式以满足社会日益膨胀的知识服务需求,实现高校人事档案应有的价值。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of knowledge push, it is very necessary to understand the connotation of knowledge service of personnel archives in colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of the development of the digitization, networking, personalization and specialization of the personnel archives in colleges and universities, we should increase the investment of hardware facilities, strengthen the construction of talents team and accelerate the process of networking and construct knowledge service platform. We should also explore the operation mode to meet the needs of the society＇s growing demand for knowledge services and achieve the proper value of the personnel archives in colleges and universities. |
