摘    要:跨国公司在当代国际竞争中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对全球竞争方式与竞争格局以及东道国的产业成长产生了重大的影响.加入WTO以来,跨国公司在中国的发展日益深入,矛盾也日渐显现出来,为适应新的市场环境,跨国公司在营销渠道上也进行了策略上的调整,并凸显出竞争优势.

Abstract:The role that multinational company played in international competition becomes more and more important,which has significant effect on the industry of its amphitryon country.After joining into WTO,multinational companies develop further in China,and meanwhile,there are some conflicts appeared.So they make some adjustment in marketing channel and show their advantages in competition,which could be learned by us.
