| 摘 要： | 《服务贸易总协定》(GATs)是WTO各项规则中对我国教育行业影响最广泛、最直接的规则。本文通过结合GATs协定相关条款，对我国成人教育在加入世贸组织后所受到的影响进行了较为详细的分析，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
