| 摘 要： | 课程体系是应用型高校酒店管理本科建设的关键,文章阐述了对应用型高校酒店管理本科专业的理解,采用＂4W1H＂法讨了课程体系建设的若干问题,并从淡化学科专业、力求课程小型化、丰富选修课程以及合理构建实践体系四个方面对如何建设提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | Course system is the key for the construction of Hotel Management Major in applied undergraduate institute. This paper expounds the understanding of Hotel Management Major in applied undergraduate institutes, applies the ＂4W1H＂ method to analyze several problems of the course system construction, and puts forward specific proposals about how to construct course system which include desahing disciplines, shortening courses, enriching optional course and focusing on practical education. |
