| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展要依靠改革。当前高等教育改革的内涵、重点、路径、方式呈现出新的特征,改革的核心问题是体制改革,最为关键的是尊重高校办学主体地位,处理好高校与政府、高校与社会、高校之间以及高校自身发展的关系。

| Abstract: | The development of higher education relies on reformation. There have appeared new char- acters in the connotation, stress, route and modes. But the core of reformation is the reformation of sys- tem with the most important key in the respect of the positions of education running entities and well coor- dinating the relation between university and government, society, university and its own development. |
