| Abstract: | Labour union is a bridge and tie between the Communist Party of China and the masses of workers. The basic function of colleges and universities labour union is safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the teaching and administrative staff. This paper expounds the elementary content of the legitimate rights and interests of the faculty and administrative staff, the main difficulties faced by university labour unions and the countermeasures responding to these difficulties. |
