| 摘 要： | 人类婚姻制度、习俗很早就在民间歌谣中有所反映了。中国古代婚姻制度曾经历了原始群婚、血缘群婚、亚血缘群婚、对偶婚等形态。到了春秋战国时期，基本实行了一夫一妻制或一夫多妻制。就《诗经》而言，就有三分之二的诗篇是反映婚姻问题的。从这些诗歌中，可以看到当时婚俗的一个侧面以及婚姻制度，同时也展示了婚姻制度发展历史痕迹。试从内婚制、先从妇居制、媵婚制、收继制等方面进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The marriage institutions and customs of human society had been embodied in folk ballad long before.Chinese ancient marriage institutions once went through the patterns of original group marriage,consanguineous group marriage,sub-consanguineous group marriage and duality marriage etc.To the period of the Spring & Autumn and the Warring States,the marriage institution is mainly monogamy and plural marriage.In The Book of Songs,there are 2/3 poems about marriage problem.From these poems we can see one side face of marriage customs and institutions at that time.At the same time,it reveals the historical developmental trace of marriage institutions.This paper analyzes the marriage institutions from internal marriage systems,woman inhabitancy systems,concubine marriage systems and receive-inherit systems etc. |
