| 摘 要： | 1975年邓小平全面主持中央党政日常工作后,淡化以至否定"以阶级斗争为纲"的指导思想,对各行各业进行全面整顿。文化工作的拨乱反正,是这种整顿的一个有机组成部分。其内容包括:在文艺工作方面,重新提出要贯彻执行"双百方针",配合毛泽东的有关批示,开禁一批文艺作品;科技工作方面,提出科学技术也是生产力,提高科技工作人员的地位,鼓励他们钻研业务;教育方面,提出要正确看待"文革"前的教育制度,否定"文革"时期在招生制度和教育制度方面的一些所谓改革措施。这三个方面的拨乱反正,初步纠正了"文革"时期由于"左"倾思想的影响而造成的文艺、科技、教育等领域的认识上和实际工作中的偏差,为"文革"结束后文化工作的全面拨乱反正提供了思想基础。

| Abstract: | After Deng Xiaoping took overall charge of the routine work of central party and government,the guiding ideology of"taking class struggle as the center"was weakened and even denied,and all walks of life were overhauled and rectified comprehensively.Setting wrong things right in culture work was an integral part of the overhaul and rectification.It included:in the work of the literary and artistic fields,the"Double Hundred Principle"was brought forward again.Efforts were made to coordinate with pertinent instructions of Mao Zedong and lift the ban on a few literary and artistic works.In the work of science and technology,it was proposed that science and technology were also the productive force.The status of science and technology workers was promoted and they were encouraged to gain professional proficiency.In the field of education,work was done by putting forward the idea of treating the educational system before the Cultural Revolution correctly and withholding the so-called reform measures of the enrolling system and the education system during the Cultural Revolution.Setting wrong things right in these three aspects tentatively corrected deviations in the understanding and practical work caused by the"left"thoughts in fields like literary and art,science and technology,and education.It provided an ideological function for setting wrong things right comprehensively after the Cultural Revolution. |
