| Abstract: | This paper indicates that the rapid development of higher vocational education has brought in many problems,for which analysis should be done on the target,basis,aim and way of higher vocational education.It suggests that in order to achieve sustainable development , discussion of the scientific development of higher vocational education from viewpoint of system arrangement should be essential. |
