| 摘 要： | 席卷全球的金融危机诱发了我国大批农民工返乡失业,产业梯度的转移、经济结构的调整、城市推力与农村拉力的双重效应更是加剧了这一现象.对返乡农民工进行职业培训与就业疏导,是当务之急,应势之需.要坚持以人为本,寻找返乡农民工职业技能培训的着力点;多管齐下,开拓农民工就业的新路径,最大限度的挖掘返乡农民工的人力资本.
