| Abstract: | Leaders are vital for the establishment and practice of the outlook of socialist honor and dishonor.Beginning with the construction of "official's ethics",this paper expounds the special positions of leaders,for which they should take the lead to set up and practice the outlook of socialist honor and dishonor in some respects such as enhancing their political consciousness initially,strengthening ethics and utilizing their powers properly and so on. |
