| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款在运行过程中遭遇了诚信缺失的问题．章从社会环境因素、教育评价机制、贷款管理机制、学生信用意识等方面分析了学生诚信缺失的原因．从创建诚信环境、加强诚信教育、健全贷款管理机制、完善学生诚信评价机制等方面提出了解决诚信缺失的对策。

| Abstract: | State loan-in-aid has encountered the problem of college students' lacking credibility while being operated. This article analyzes the reasons of students' lacking credibility from the social environment, the system of education evaluation, the system of loan management, students' consciousness of credibility and so on, and presents some countermeasures in solving the problem with the combination of founding the environment of credibility, strengthening the education of credibility, amplifying the system of loan management and perfecting the evaluation system of students' credibility. |
