三维效益论在企业竞争情报分析中的应用

摘    要:通过对企业三维效益论的分析和研究,提出了企业在竞争情报的分析中不仅仅要分析竞争对手的即时动向,分析了竞争对手在一定时期内的可持续发展能力,从而评价各个竞争对手的长期实力,确定不同时间段内重点竞争对象。从而实现了三维效益论对企业自身和竞争对手的可持续性发展的评估能力,弥补了竞争情报分析方法的不足。

Abstract:Three-dimensional effective theory of the business through analysis and research,analyze trends in real-time competitors,analysis of competitors on the business benefits of sustainable development capacity in a given period,which evaluate the long-term strength of the various competitors to identify key competitors in different time periods,the final evaluation of the model with two-to-business interpretation of sustainable development of the evaluation,in order to achieve a three-dimensional effective theory and competitors for their own sustainable ability to assess the ability of development to make up for the lack of competitive intelligence analysis.
