| 摘 要： | 2007年,全国文化信息资源共享工程面临难得的发展机遇——既有前所未有的政策环境,又有充足的经费保障,管理中心抓住机遇创新思路,求发展,促繁荣。注重统筹规划、关注技术发展、加大培训力度、加强合作共建、提升服务意识。作为一项文化创新工程,全国文化信息资源共享工程各项工作仍处在起步阶段,还存在许多困难和问题。我们要正视工作中存在的困难和不足,按照"十一五"期间既定的工作目标,采取切实可行措施,推进工程取得实质性进展。

| Abstract: | In 2007,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project encounters a rare development opportunity,that is,unprecedented policy environment and sufficient funding guarantee.Management center should seize the opportunity to form innovative thought and promote development and prosperity: concentrating on planning,focusing on technology development,increasing the intensity of training,strengthening cooperation and raising awareness of service.As a cultural innovative project,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is still on starting stage and many problems still exist.We should face the difficulties and shortcomings and take feasible measures to promote the process of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. |
