| 摘 要： | 地理标志本身极具商业经济价值，是知识产权的重要组成部分。因此，对这种无形资产进行法律保护意，重大。鉴于我国当前在地理标志保护方面仍存在诸多问题，我们应从立法、执法以及利用TRIPS协议的相关规则等多个角度着手，进一步完善我国的地理标志法律保护制度。

| Abstract: | Geographical indications are an important part of intellectual property,which are of great commercial value.It's very necessary to protect this kind of intangible property.Meanwhile,some problems still exist in the protection of geographical indications in China.Therefore,we shall improve the legal protection through legislation,law-enforcement and making use of the relative rules of TRIPS Agreement,etc. |
