摘    要:人类已经进入21世纪,已经由工业经济时代进入知识经济时代,在这样的时代背景下,摆在民营企业面前的唯一出路,就是按市场经济的法则规范自己的行为,按现代企业制度完善自己,用现代产业、现代设备、现代技术来调整自己、武装自己;用现代管理和现代科技知识来不断提高自己的素质。民营企业应该发挥自己的优势,来吸引更多的优秀人才,实现民营企业的持续、健康的发展,在建设有中国特色社会主义中发挥更大的作用。通过对民营企业的特点分析,介绍和论述民营企业如何吸引人才。

Abstract:With mankind's entering into the 21^st century, the industrial economy has gradually been substituted by the knowledge-oriented economy. Under such a circumstance, the private enterprises have no other choices but to regulate their business practices in accordance with the general rules of market economy, to perfect themselves with modem enterprise system, to readjust and equip themselves with modem industry, sophisticated technologies and equipments, and to upgrade themselves by utilizing modem managerial expertise along with modern science and technologies. The private enterprises are supposed to attract more excellent personnel through giving full play to their own strong points so as to realize their sustainable and sound development, to accomplish the historical obligation they assume, and to play a more active role in building the socialist society with Chinese characteristics. Through the relevant analysis of the enterprises, here the author intends to present and expound the pragmatic tactics for private enterprises to attract talents on the basis of their distinctive characteristics.
