多电机交流调速系统的变频器计算机通讯设计

摘    要:采用基于RS485接口的开放式USS协议,利用PCL833计数卡和PCL812PG卡组成了一个由工控机对西门子变频器进行远程控制的调速系统,利用Borlandc来实现工控机与多台变频器之间的串行通信,从而实现多台交流电机的远程同步调速控制.该系统具有控制灵活、方便、可靠性强等优点,由于USS协议的开放性,使系统具有广泛的实用性.

Abstract:It adopted the open USS protocol based on the RS485 interface, made use of the PCL833 and PCL812 to compose a long-distance speed regulator. It realized the serial communication between an IPC and multiple Siemens micromaster vectors by Borland C. Then the synchronization control of multiple AC electromotors was come true. The advantage of the system is flexibility and reliability. And the system has very extensive practicability because of the openness of the USS protocol.
