| 摘 要： | 双语教学有利于提高学生的专业知识和英语应用能力,从而为国家培养出更多的高素质人才。文章探讨了《水产品加工学》双语教学的必要性、课程体系的建设方案及反思,以期为其他院校双语教学的开展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Bilingual teaching helps to improve students'professional knowledge and English application ability,and to cultivate more high-quality talents.This paper discussed the necessity of bilingual teaching on Aquatic Products Processing,as well as the construction scheme and reflection,with an aim to provide reference for other colleges and universities. |
