摘    要:采用样本培育法,通过对大学生的渐进式突破疲劳墙实验得出:身体疲劳与心理疲劳阈值直接关联,负重后以极限状态完成12 min跑,所产生的身体疲劳与心理疲劳,经过自我设计和激励,在身体逐步适应后心理耐受力逐步提高;经过连续测试,负重12 min跑测试成绩在稳定的基础上不断突破,心理"疲劳墙"得到不断超越,从而提高了受试者的心理耐受力阈;进行负重12 min跑与"自设目标距离"测试方法,不仅可作为心肺耐力测试方法,同时也是心理耐受力与疲劳感知测量与生理机能综合评定的有效工具。

Abstract:Through sample cultivating method and conducting the experiment of Gradual Breakthrough Fatigued Wall, the experiment of Gradual Break through Fatigued Wall for undergraduate concluded that there was direct interaction between psycho- logical fatigue and physical fatigue. Participants with load can run in aerobics state within 12 minutes, which can lead to the appearance of physical and psychological fatigue. However, through self-design and inspiration, the psychological tolerance was increased gradually provided that the participant can endure this condition. After continuous testing, the score of 12-minute running increase quickly, and Psychological Fatigue Wall was surpassed step by step so that the threshold of psychological tolerance increases greatly. The method of 12-minute running and self-desigu objective distance can not only be regarded as evaluating tolerance of cardiopulmonary, but also was the effective method to evaluate psychological tolerance and fatigue perception combining physiological function comprehensively.
