| 摘 要： | 随着我国对"三农"问题的日益重视,现代农产品物流的发展成为焦点。但由于长期受城乡二元经济结构影响和农村生产力比较低的制约,我国农产品物流整体处于时间长、消耗大、效率低、效益差的低水平状态。同时,农产品物流人才严重不足,也成为制约农产品物流发展的瓶颈。拟从人才培养模式的目的性要素、实施性要素和评价性要素入手,探索农产品物流创新人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Since the modern agricultural logistics has become the focus of the development of modern agriculture ,and the long constrained by the relatively low rural productivity and the impact of urban-rural dual economic structure ,China＆#39;s agricultural prod-ucts logistics is still at a low level .Meanwhile , a serious shortage of agricultural products logistics personnel , has become a bottle-neck restricting the development of agricultural product logistics .In this paper , we disusses the talent cultivation model for agricul-tural products logistics . |
