| 摘 要： | 比较SEO（搜索引擎优化）和信息构建对于政府网站的作用,论述基于SEO的政府网站信息构建的意义,分析其可行性。从组织信息系统、导航系统、标识系统和检索系统4个维度,研究基于SEO的政府网站信息构建模型,并提出相应策略。
