| 摘 要： | 由于人们对体育教师专业化的致力点的不同认识，从而在体育教师的职前培养过程中出现了“专项化教育”和“专业化教育”两种教育理念。本文从价值取向、培养模式、课程设置以及教学和评价四个方面对两种教育理念进行了比较研究，提出专业化教育是体育教师专业化的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Because of different opinions about what is the physical education teachers＇ specialization, there have two different education concepts of specific and special education in initial education of physical education. This paper compares it from four different aspects, such as value orientation, model, curriculum, teaching and evaluation and puts forward the requirement for future development in physical education teachers＇ specialization. |
