| 摘 要： | 当前高职体育教学存在不足,主要表现为教学目标不明确,教学内容设置不合理,教学方法较落后,难以培养学生的岗位体能。高职院校要明确教学目标,密切高职体育教学与学生工作岗位联系;优化教学内容设置,满足不同专业学生对岗位体能的需求;创新教学方法,注重培养高职学生岗位体能,并采取保障措施,以推动高职体育教学创新,彰显体育教学特色;较好地培养学生岗位体能,提高学生身体素质;在一定程度上提高学生就业率,增强学生对工作岗位适应性。

| Abstract: | At present,there are shortcomings existing in physical education teaching in higher vocational schools,which are mainly manifested as indefinite objectives,unreasonable configuration of teaching contents and rather backward approaches and are hard to satisfy the need to culture physical agility of students for their working posts.To correct these shortages,higher vocational schools shall make teaching objectives clear and strongly connect physical education teaching with the working posts of students;optimize configuration of teach?ing contents to satisfy the need for physical agility on the working posts of students of different majors;innovate teaching methods,attach great importance to cultivate higher vocational students for their physical agility on working posts and take supporting measures.This method may promote teaching innovation of physical education in higher vocational schools,highlight the characteristics therein,better culture physical agility of students on their posts,elevate their physical fitness,raise their employment rate to some extent,and enhance their adapt?ability to working posts. |
