| 摘 要： | 准确的专业人才培养目标定位是职业教育人才培养的关键。通过行业企业人才市场需求、对应岗位群及相应能力的调研分析,结合国家对高职教育培养目标的宏观定位,确定高职房地产经营与估价专业的培养规格,旨在探索适应西北地区经济发展需要的、科学合理的房地产经营与估价专业的人才培养方案。

Professional Talents Training Target and Specifications for Management and Appraisal in Higher Vocational Real Estate Business |

| Abstract: | Accurate orientation of professional talents training target is significant for personnel training of vocational education.Through analysis and research of corresponding post group and its corresponding ability,with the national vocational education training objectives of the macroscopic orientation,some training specifications are determined for management and appraisal in higher vocational real estate business.The purpose of above is to explore the professional talent training scheme conforming to the northwest regional economic development needs as well as scientific and reasonable management and appraisal in real estate business. |
