| 摘 要： | 当代大学生大多数是独生子女，因从小备受长辈的关注、喜爱，往往也就造成了一定的性格缺陷，当他们遇到逆境和挫折时便缺乏应对的勇气和办法，当他们无法释放逆境给他们带来的压力和挫折感的时候，一些人就会出现焦虑、抑郁、精神崩溃、身心失衡等症状。造成这样的症状的原因就是大学生面对逆境和挫折时的调适能力不强，即AQ匮乏。因此，高校体育开展大学生逆境情商（AQ）培养的教育活动，进而使大学生在逆境面前形成良好的思维方式和行为反应，对完善大学生的综合能力和人格的健全，提高大学生的社会化程度是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | The majority of university student is a son or a daughter because of being paid attention to the elder and being loved since the childhood,so certain personality or the blemish of the personalities form when they meet the adverse circumstances and setback,they are lack of courage to face.When they can't release pressure that adverse circumstances bring to them some persons will appear nervous breakdown,mind and body to be out of balance etc.Resulted in such symptom of reason with the university student faces the adverse circumstances and hour of frustrates of adjustment ability is not strong,since the AQ is short.Therefore,the athletics of the high school should accept AQ education.It can make university student to form good mode of thinking and behariors in front of the adverse circumstances.It is very necessary to perfect their characters and to raise their acculturate degree. |
